Connecting a bank account to your Fancard is easy!
First link a bank account to your Fancard. Login to your Dashboard, or on the Fancard- Mobile Banking App
Once connected you can schedule one-time or recurring bank transfers directly to and from your Fancard or any of your Sub-Cards. Once you make over a $250 Bank Transfer to your Fancard you will unlock Real-Time Loading which gives you the ability to load up to $250 instantly!
Loading your card with a "bank-to-card" transfer is always free. It's also free to send money to other cards from your linked bank accounts. You may schedule up to two (2) transfers per day, any additional transfers will be denied, but they can be scheduled for a future date. The max transfer amount is $1,000.00 per transaction and $2,500.00 per month.
Money transfers initiated with your Fancard account take 2 full banking days, but you can set up recurring and future transfers. For a full schedule of bank transfer times, please click here.
Please note that if you need to transfer money from your bank to your Fancard account faster or if you'd like to transfer more than $1,000.00 at a time or more than $2,500.00 per month, you can use your Fancard's direct deposit number for incoming transfers. You'll need to initiate the transfer with your bank to your Fancard's direct deposit number. To do this, you are often able to set up your Fancard as an "External Bank Account" on your bank's website. You can also call your banker and ask them to send an ACH transfer. After you login to your Account Dashboard, click "Actions". Then Click "Bank Load" and follow the instructions!
